The Challenge
With more than a century as the leading voice on O&P business and policy, the American Orthotic and Prosthetic Association (AOPA) needed to evolve its print membership communication strategy to address a changing healthcare landscape while also customizing content delivery to reach a wide demographic of members, allied health professionals, and other stakeholders.

The Solution
Our team leveraged AOPA’s greatest asset: more than 100 years of unwavering expertise. We developed a multiyear plan for moving beyond monthly publishing to delivering ongoing multimedia content to an expanded audience. Our strategy focuses on timely, research-driven reporting and trend analysis as well as reimaging relevant archives without alienating younger audiences.

We restructured content around diverse formats—including video explainers, infographics, audio and shorter pieces for mobile consumption—while maintaining journalistic integrity. With initial launch planned for 2026, our solution integrates a scalable plan for growth that competes on credibility—advancing AOPA’s incredible legacy as a trusted partner and advocate for the O&P community.
