As a journalist, Josephine Rossi knows the power of targeted conversations with audiences who matter. In her role at Content Communicators, she enjoys uncovering the narratives that make for compelling and meaningful storytelling. For clients, Josie is both editor and strategic communications advisor, developing strategies and content that not only fulfi ll mission objectives but also establish thought leadership. With two decades in the DC-area consumer and trade media business, her work has been honored by Association Media & Publishing, Association TRENDS, the Communicator Awards, and others. Josie graduated cum laude from the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University and earned her master’s degree in public relations and corporate communications at Georgetown University.

JANELLE WELCH, Creative Leader
Janelle Welch directs Content Communicators’ design studio. With 25+ years of striking visual storytelling experience, she seamlessly bridges editorial concepts with cutting-edge design. Janelle is known for her intuitive grasp of client needs and rapid concept development, and her portfolio spans print, digital, and interactive media that appeals to a wide variety of audiences. Over the years, her work has been recognized by Association Media & Publishing, American Society of Business Publication Editors, Hermes Awards, FOLIO: magazine, and more.

JENNIFER DAVIS, Writer and Content Strategist
Jennifer Davis is an award-winning writer, meticulous editor, and seasoned communications professional who loves her work. With roots in print journalism and nearly two decades of experience working in marketing and media relations for a major nonprofi t hospital network, Jen excels at breaking down complex topics and conveying information in a concise, yet conversational way. She brings skill in content development, project management, crisis communications, corporate communications, and unique experience in the nonprofi t and healthcare sectors to her work at Content Communicators.
