The Challenge

The organization began primarily representing independent sales organizations in the electronic payments business. However, given the explosion of mobile and contactless payments technologies, cryptocurrencies, biometrics, and government regulations during that time, the organization needed its content to keep pace with an increasingly diverse readership to continue providing membership value.

The Solution

Guided by ongoing member listening, team members planned and executed periodic redesigns and editorial refreshes of the magazine and its associated newsletters and website. During our 13-year partnership, we reimagined the publication’s design with enhanced visual elements, improved navigation, and a curated look that reflected the association’s increasing tech-forward membership. We expanded content beyond sales-focused conversations to also address the informational needs of fintech innovators while introducing diverse content formats and integrating stronger connections to the organization’s mission. This data-driven, feedback-informed approach adapted the publication into a dynamic resource that effectively served the organization’s evolving membership.
